There are lots of things great things to do in Lanzarote, with excursions and attractions to suit all ages and interests. We have listed a few of our favourites below...

Lanzarote has a variety of markets around the island, some are aimed at the tourist market, others showcase our traditional artisan crafts and farmer’s markets where shoppers can stock up on ecologically grown fruit and vegetables, goats cheese, jams, chutney, bread, cakes & biscuits.
Sunday market in Villa de Teguise
Saturday local crafts market in Haria

Adventure
If you are the outdoorsy type there is a lot for you to experience on this beautiful island. If it’s the sky you like you can take in the birds eye views of Lanzarote by paragliding off of one of the many volcanic mountains. If you like to keep your feet on the ground then there are some fantastic walks or Lanzarote is very popular for keen cyclists.
There are also adventure trips you can book to go off roading and see the secret treasures of Lanzarote. If you are on a family holiday there is lots to do from visiting the local animal and water park Ranch Texas, Go carting tracks, Dune buggy treks and more. For those of you that love the water you can experience fantastic scuba diving as a beginner or qualified or if you prefer to stay dry you can experience the submarine safari tour. These are just a few fantastic experiences you can have whilst here in Lanzarote.
Sightseeing and culture
The Canary Islands have a vibrant, lively culture involving fiestas, music, literature, art, dance, interesting traditions and food. A holiday to the extraordinary island of Lanzarote will show you just how rich and artistic the Canary Islands can be.
Whilst here it would be a shame to miss out on visiting the amazing Timanfaya Volcano, this is the only live volcano on the island, where you can have your chicken cooked over the heat from inside the volcano and also take a coach ride around the national park taking in the stunning formations of the lava fields.
Cesar Manriques foundation is another must as it is a great way to find out the history behind the building laws that have made Lanzarote stand apart from all the other Canary Islands.
You can also take some time to see the stunning caves of Lanzarote, Jameos Del Agua and cueva de los Verdes or the beauty of the cactus gardens.
These are just a few places you can visit so if you would like any further information please get in contact.
